Serenity Acres RV Community is a 3 acre, partially wooded, quiet, peaceful RV park catering to extended stay guests. We are located on the Louisiana side of Toledo Bend Lake, near Pendleton Bridge and Toledo Town. Although the park is not waterfront, we are within close proximity of the lake, boat launches, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, tackle shop, library, banks, etc.
All of our RV sites include full hookups and weekly trash pickup. Cable and Internet are available through Optimum at tenants expense.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY, VEHICLES, TRAILERS OR BOATS.
PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM MANAGEMENT. NO TYING UP PETS AND LEFT ALONE. PET DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP AND DISCARDED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
NO CIGARETTE BUTTS, BOTTLE CAPS, TRASH, ETC ON GROUND.
NO CHARCOAL DUMPED ON GROUND.
FIRES MUST BE IN A FIRE PIT.
ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED , TIED AND PLACED IN GARBAGE BINS.
NO FISH CLEANING OUTSIDE, NO REMAINS IN TRASH BINS OR ANYWHERE ON PREMISIS.
NO WASHING VEHICLES OR EXCESS WATER CONSUMPTION.
NO EXCESS NOISE. PARK QUIET HOURS FROM 9 PM - 8 AM
PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR RV PARK CLEAN.
